Through high-quality school programs, family-friendly events and outdoor recreation, Blandford Nature Center has been a community resource for West Michigan families since 1968. With 12,000 students and over 40,000 guests experiencing the wonder of our 264 acres of natural land with meadows, wetlands, 2.5 acre farm and more than eight miles of nature trails, not to mention fun and engaging wildlife, classes, festivals, and camps, Blandford Nature Center provides a year-round local destination for outdoor fun and learning. So pack a picnic and come to explore and have a fun day outdoors! The Farm is a short walk west of the Visitor Center and has been growing over 200 different varieties of vegetables and educating families on local agriculture through farm-related programming since 2010. We are Certified Naturally Grown, MAEAP certified for outstanding land stewardship, and part of Slow Food of West Michigan. To purchase our produce, find us weekly at the Fulton Street Market or consider joining our Summer, Winter or Herb Share Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program where members support and invest in the farm by purchasing a "share" of the harvest that they can pick up weekly.
