Robinson founded Grand Rapids Area Black Businesses in the summer of 2012 to promote economic equity in black neighborhoods by championing local businesses.

One way the GRABB supports Grand Rapids’ black-owned businesses is with the “30 days 30 dollars Challenge.” Robinson leads by example by making locally-owned stores and restaurants his first stops when looking for products or a meal out.
