The Cowpie Blues Festival is an annual outdoor music event that takes place the second weekend of August. Located on a 280 acre working Angus cattle farm the Cowpie event presents variations of traditional blues music to the people of West Michigan.

The Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts (UICA) nurtures regional, national and international artists who take creative risks.
