As a nonprofit organization, Local First relies upon a growing network of volunteers to plan and staff events, develop programming, and provide administrative support. Our volunteers include students, CEOs, teachers, accountants, software engineers and environmental activists. No matter what your interests, Local First has a volunteer opportunity for you:

The Local First Ambassador Program

Coming in early 2011, the Local First Ambassador Program offers our most dedicated volunteers the opportunity to serve as representatives of Local First within their communities. Local First Ambassadors attend public and educational events as authorized representatives of the organization.
